Personalisation is a dedicated process: each batch is worked on individually in our workshop. Dispatch is guaranteed within 7 working days of order confirmation, once the artwork is approved.

We accept SVG, PDF, PNG and JPG up to 15 MB. For the best result we recommend vector files (SVG or PDF): they keep sharp edges at any size. PNG and JPG need a high resolution, at least 300 dpi at print size. QR codes are fine too, either as vectors or as images.

Yes. Color Fusion fuses the colours into the product surface: it withstands commercial washing, professional dishwashers and heavy use behind the bar. It is not a sticker and not a surface screen print: it does not peel off or fade with wash cycles.

Marking is done in batches: the block of 6 pieces is the minimum production unit that lets us guarantee consistent quality and a fair price. You can order any multiple: 6, 12, 18, 24 pieces and so on. The personalisation cost increases by one block every 6 pieces.

Every piece of artwork goes through a pre-print check: if we spot a problem with resolution, contrast or size we contact you before starting work, and the 7-day count does not begin. If you don't have a file ready, message us on WhatsApp: we will help you prepare the artwork.

Yes. Each product has its own configuration: you can mark the jiggers in Laser Mono and the shakers in Color Fusion in the same order, each with its own file. In the basket you will see each personalisation next to its product.
