The ice bucket with stand in two lines
The ice bucket with stand is The Bars kit for serving the bottle beside the table: it contains the Classic Line ice bucket in polished steel, 21.5cm across the mouth and 21cm high, and the tubular stand, 73cm high with a 22cm ring. The bucket fits the ring, both pieces have the same mirror finish, and the kit costs less than the two added together.
Who it is for
For the restaurant, the hotel dining room and the wine bar that want the bottle beside the table rather than on it. On a table for two, a bucket takes the place of a plate; on the stand the table stays clear and the waiter finds the bottle at hand height. At receptions it is the piece for the toast, beside the top table. A venue opening a new dining room takes one for every table where wine is served by the bottle.

How the ice bucket with stand works
The bucket is wider at the mouth than at the base. It drops from above into the stand’s 22cm ring and hangs between the three arms, with the narrower base below the ring. Fill it half with ice and half with water: iced water brings the wine to temperature, ice alone touches the bottle in only a few places. The neck stays out, at hand height.
The stand rests on three curved feet with a 35cm base: it does not rock on uneven tiles, and with the bucket full it can still be moved with one hand, holding it by the stem.

Why the ice bucket and stand make sense together
Bought separately, the bucket and the stand cost more than the kit. Together they arrive in the same order, with the same polish and the right size for each other, and there is no need to check that the bucket fits the ring. Kit availability follows the two pieces: when one kit is ordered, stock goes down by one bucket and one stand. For one per table: the more you buy, the less you pay, 4 kits -5%, 6 -7%, 8 -10%, on the same item.
Assembly
There is nothing to assemble: the stand arrives in one piece and the bucket drops into the ring. Prepare the ice bucket with stand before service, already filled with ice and water, and take it to the table when the bottle arrives. To move it full, lift the bucket out by its handles first, then the stand.
Care
Empty, rinse and dry the bucket straight away; wipe the stand with a cloth to remove condensation drips. No scourers on mirror-polished steel, which they mark with lines.
