The bar organiser in two lines
This is the plastic bar organiser: a caddy for the bar that keeps straws and napkins together, with a 12 x 12cm napkin space. Black or fuchsia.
Who it is for
For venues that keep consumables within the guest’s reach and want to wash the caddy often without a second thought. Plastic is the material that keeps up with that routine.
Why consumables go up front
Because every straw handed over is an interruption. With a bar organiser at the front nobody has to ask and the bartender does not stop: on a full night that is dozens of interruptions saved, and each costs more than the three seconds it seems, because it breaks the sequence of a drink being built.

When plastic is the right choice
When the caddy needs washing often, or the bar is not on show. A container at the front collects everything: drips, condensation, hands. Plastic goes in hot water with detergent as often as needed, without the care a wood composite asks for, and in a busy venue that is what counts. On a bar where the look matters, the eco wood version sits better with the fit-out.
Check the napkin size
12 x 12cm is the standard fold, but napkins vary: larger ones jam in the space and have to be forced, smaller ones move about and come out two or three at a time. Try one of your own napkins, folded the way you serve it, before ordering the bar organiser. It takes ten seconds.
Black or fuchsia
Black disappears on any bar and asks for no attention, which is usually what you want from a service item. Fuchsia can be seen from a distance, and makes sense in two cases: in a venue with a defined colour scheme, or when guests need to find the caddy without looking, for example on a long bar or a crowded terrace.
400 grams is enough
A caddy that is too light moves every time someone pulls a napkin, and by the end of the night it is half a metre from where it started. 400 grams keeps it in place against one hand pulling, and on an item guests use without looking, that matters more than it seems.
Care
Wash in hot water with detergent as often as needed. Empty it first and dry it completely before refilling, so the napkins stay dry to the touch.
Why straws and napkins together
Because guests take them together. A hand reaching for a straw picks up a napkin in the same movement, and two containers apart double the movements and the chances of finding one empty. It is also why the caddy should be topped up with both, not only the one that ran out.
