How the Early Bird Discount works

One rule, the same for every event: the earlier you move, the more you save. The discount applies to products added from the event card and shows straight away in the basket.

  1. 14-15 days -7%
  2. 12-13 days -6%
  3. 10-11 days -5%
  4. 8-9 days -4%
  5. 6-7 days -3%
  6. 4-5 days -2%
  7. 2-3 days -1%
  8. under 2 days full price

Before day fifteen the discount does not exist yet, and we do not show it: it is there to help you stock up in time, not to make you wait.

Questions operators ask us

How does the Early Bird Discount on event supplies work?

It opens fifteen days before the date and is worth 7%. Then it drops by one point every two days: 6% at thirteen days, 5% at eleven, down to 1% at three days. Inside 48 hours the list price applies again. The discount applies to products added from the event card and shows as its own line in the basket.

Why is the discount hidden when the event is more than fifteen days away?

Because showing it earlier would teach you to wait. The window opens fifteen days out and from then on it only pays to order straight away: it is the simplest way to get the stock in time and not run out of glasses on the night.

Where does each event's crowd level come from?

It is an internal PROBAR assessment of the usual scale of each date: peak, high or steady. It is not official data and carries no figures we have not measured: use it as an order of magnitude to size your stock.

Which events does the postcode radar show?

Festivals, fairs and town events in the postcode area you enter, with the date, the expected crowd level and a list of what to prepare behind the bar. The postcode identifies the area, not the street or the town.

Do you ship to the UK?

Yes. Goods leave Rome and arrive in 5 working days. For dates coming up soon, message us on WhatsApp and we will check the timing together.

Is your date missing here?

Send us the event and the town: we prepare the list of what you need and keep the stock ready.
