The portable bar trolley in two lines
The portable bar trolley is a 160cm-wide station that folds down to 35 x 55 x 90cm and weighs 25kg. It is the lightest counter in our range at this width, with a water-repellent phenolic finish and a speed rail for about 10 bottles.
Who it is for
For bartenders who lift the counter on their own several times a month. 25kg is about the limit below which one person loads and unloads without help and without injury: above 30kg it becomes a two-person job, and over a long season you feel it in your back before you see it in the diary. It is the counter for light mobile bartending, pop-ups and private parties at home.
Weight is the feature, not a detail
Portable bars are almost always compared on width, and plenty reach 160cm. The difference between a 25kg portable bar trolley and a 40kg one does not show in the catalogue; it shows at the van: fifteen kilos multiplied by two lifts per event, there and back, for every date in the year. Anyone working alone puts that number before the kit list, and rightly so.

Folded, it stands upright, and that changes how you load it
35 x 55 x 90cm folded describes a tall, narrow block, not a low case. In a car boot it stands against the back seat and leaves the rest of the floor free for crates and ice tubs; a flat case of the same volume takes up the whole floor. It is a practical difference you only understand when loading, and it is why two counters with the same declared volume behave in opposite ways.
Choose the portable bar trolley if
Weight is your first criterion, you load and unload on your own, and the car is the car you have. If you need more serving top in front of the guest, the trolley with a 29cm top gives you ten centimetres more exactly where they count; and if you need a counter that stays up for days, the folding panel counters have more structure under the top.
A 20cm top, and how to use it
The serving top is 20cm deep along the full 160cm. It is the right depth for handing over: one glass at a time, set down and picked up, without it becoming a counter where guests leave bags and jackets. Bartenders serving on their feet and on the move prefer it, because a narrow top keeps the queue moving instead of turning into a place to stop.
The more you buy, the less you pay: 4 pieces -5%, 6 -7%, 8 -10%, on the same item.
