The Easy bar station in two lines
The Easy is a bar station in engineered cardboard made of four interlocking panels, 100cm wide and 7kg in weight, assembled in five minutes and delivered with its ice wells. It is the least expensive way to have a real bar where there is no bar.
Who it is for
For bartenders who work off site a few times a year and have no reason to tie up the price of a steel station. Three-day trade fairs, garden parties, an outdoor terrace for one season, bartending schools, flair practice and home bars: these are the settings where a structure that lasts one to twelve months is exactly what is needed, and anything more is capital sitting idle.
The cardboard really holds, and here is why
The question always comes first, and the manufacturer’s answer is clear: the structure takes the weight of a person sitting on it. Engineered cardboard works through geometry rather than thickness, like a box girder: the four panels interlock and brace each other, and once assembled the structure has no play. A weatherproof treatment covers outdoor use, which is what the Easy was designed for, but it is still a material that does not like standing water: in a downpour, cover it, as you would any other bar.

The heights are those of professional bars
Working level at 85cm, serving shelf at 115cm: the same heights as the steel models in the range. That is not a spec-sheet detail, it is why schools use it. Someone learning to shake at an 85cm working height moves the same shoulder and elbow they will use behind a real bar, and moving on to the professional model means relearning nothing.
Choose the Easy if
Your off-site events are few and far between, you are testing a mobile bar service before investing in it, or you need a second station alongside the main one on busy nights. If you work off site every week, the sums turn quickly and a folding steel station pays off: it lasts for years and packs into the same space.
Transport and storage
The two closed packs are the part nobody looks at when buying and the part that decides everything when working. The main pack is 102cm high and 117cm wide but only 6cm thick: it stands against a storeroom wall, slides edgeways into a saloon car boot and takes no depth. The second pack, with the ice wells, is a small 33 x 27 x 17cm box that fits anywhere.
FAQ
Does the Easy take the weight? The manufacturer declares that the structure takes a person sitting on it: engineered cardboard works through geometry, not thickness.
How long does it last? One to twelve months depending on use. For an outdoor season or a school that is plenty; for a permanent station it is not.
Can it be used in the rain? It has a weatherproof treatment that covers outdoor use. In a downpour, cover it, as with any bar.
Are the ice wells included? Yes, they come in the second pack with the instructions.
How long does it take to assemble? Five minutes, by interlocking, with no screws and no tools.
