The Torino plastic whisky glasses in two lines
The Torino DOF is a 400ml old fashioned in SAN, its wall worked in fine vertical lines that rise to a point from the base, like cut crystal. It is sold in packs of six. Goldplast declares it unbreakable and washable up to 500 times in the dishwasher.

Who plastic whisky glasses are for
For venues that serve Negronis, Old Fashioneds and spirits on ice away from the bar: outdoor seating, terraces, pool sides, beach clubs. A short glass tumbler that falls on stone breaks into splinters that end up between the tables, and at the pool edge service stops until everything is cleaned up.

The Torino lines
The Torino takes the cut of crystal tumblers: fine vertical lines of different lengths that start from the notched base and rise to a point. The upper part is smooth and the rim is rounded, so the glass comes to the lips like a glass one.
The cut also has a practical effect: in a hand wet with condensation the glass slips less than a smooth one, and with large ice the drink shows in bands.
SAN
SAN is the material for plastic glasses that have to stay clear after many washes. Goldplast declares it washable up to 500 times in the dishwasher, from -10 to +100°C, fridge safe. It does not go in the microwave or the oven.

400ml
400ml is the brim-full capacity. A 90ml Negroni over a large cube fits with two fingers of room below the rim, a whisky on the rocks leaves space for the ice, a water with lemon reaches halfway. It is the size of the double old fashioned, the short tumbler most used in cocktail bars.
The pack of six
The glasses are counted in packs: four are 24 glasses, the kit for an outdoor area of six tables. Each glass comes in its own bag, six bags to a carton: the carton is the pack you buy. A reorder is the same item with the same code, so the service stays the same from one season to the next.
The more you buy, the less you pay: 4 packs -5%, 6 -7%, 8 -10%, on the same item. The discount applies automatically in the basket.
Care
In the dishwasher, as the maker indicates. No microwave and no oven. By hand, a soft sponge keeps the wall clear and bright.
