300ml in plastic coupe glasses
300ml is the brim-full capacity. A cocktail served up, shaken and fine strained, fills it two thirds of the way: there is room below the rim, and the drink does not spill when the server crosses the terrace with a tray.
The long stem keeps the hand away from the bowl. A drink served cold stays cold for longer, which is why cocktails without ice are served in stemware.
The coupe chilled in the fridge
Tritan takes the fridge and temperatures down to -20°C. The coupes can be chilled before service, as with glass, and brought out when the venue is full without waiting for them to cool in ice.
