The Ballon Mix plastic wine glasses in two lines
The Ballon Mix is a 580ml stemmed glass in clear Tritan. It is sold in packs of six. Goldplast declares it unbreakable and washable up to 350 times in a commercial glass washer.
The glass is 21.7cm tall. The bowl reaches 10.1cm at its widest point and opens to 7.8cm at the rim.
Who plastic spritz glasses are for
For bars that live on outdoor spritz in summer: outdoor seating, terraces, beach clubs, pool sides. There the glass goblet breaks, and a single use cup makes the spritz look like a fairground drink. The Ballon Mix is rigid, clear and has the shape of a wine glass.

The spritz shape
The Ballon Mix has a less rounded bowl than the classic balloon: the rim is almost as wide as the belly. Ice goes in and out without getting stuck, the orange slice slides in from the top, and the straw stands upright.
That makes it fast to pour, and it is the reason to choose it when the bar is packed and the spritz goes out one after another.
On the tray and in the rack
The wide foot keeps the glass upright on the tray even when the server goes down the terrace steps. At the end of the night the glasses go into the glass washer rack like glass ones: they do not crack knocking against each other, and the next day they are all back in service.
Tritan
Goldplast rates Tritan high transparency, free of bisphenol A and of formaldehyde: the orange of the spritz shows as it would in a glass goblet. It takes up to 350 cycles in a commercial glass washer with liquid chlorinated detergent and neutral rinse aid.

580ml
580ml is the brim-full capacity. A spritz with 90ml of prosecco, 60ml of bitter and a splash of soda, with ice up to half, stays three fingers below the rim. The server carries it to the table without spilling it on the tray.
The pack of six
Plastic spritz glasses are counted in packs: ten are 60 glasses, a Saturday aperitivo at a beach club. A reorder is the same item with the same code.
The more you buy, the less you pay: 4 packs -5%, 6 -7%, 8 -10%, on the same item. The discount applies automatically in the basket.
Care
In a glass washer with liquid chlorinated detergent and neutral rinse aid, as the maker indicates. No microwave and no oven. By hand, a soft sponge is enough.
