Who it is for

Why batching
Because a well built cocktail has five or six steps, and repeating them two hundred times in an evening cannot be done without losing something. Cocktails to take away, and what changes
A drink leaving the venue has to arrive as it left, and the two enemies are air and time. The airtight closure handles the first: with no exchange with the air the volatile aromas stay in, and a bottled preparation filled to the top holds up far better than one in a half empty container. The second is handled by choosing what to bottle: stirred spirit drinks travel very well, those with fresh citrus far less, and they go out with the juice separate.
How it is washed
The glass goes into the dishwasher with no trouble; the clip and the gasket come off and are washed by hand, because hot cycles and industrial detergents harden the rubber and take away the seal. The supplier’s sheet puts the two things together confusingly: this is the correct reading, and it is the same one that applies to every bottle with a swing top closure.
Three hundred and fifty millimetres is a footprint
A bottle 350mm tall does not fit every undercounter fridge and will not go in a speed rail: that belongs in the calculation before buying six. It is a back bar and cold room format, not a station one, and for the station there is the quarter litre version of the same family.
How long a batch lasts
It depends what is in it. A stirred mix of spirits alone, a Manhattan or a Negroni made ahead, holds for weeks in the fridge without changing; as soon as fresh citrus juice goes in you are down to a few hours, and with dairy or egg white to hours. The practical rule is to bottle the stable part and add the fresh part to order: that is how batching stays sustainable instead of turning into waste.
