The mobile sink in two lines
The stainless steel mobile sink is a module 50cm wide, made to be set between two stations of the same series and turn them into one counter with a basin, a reversible tap and a pull-out spray. It weighs 20kg, goes up by hand in five minutes and folds down to 50 x 80 x 20cm.
Who it is for
For anyone who already has a station from the series and worked out, after the first real event, that the problem was not the bottles but the water. And for anyone building a long counter from two modules who wants the water group in the middle, where both bartenders reach it without moving.
The modular logic, which is why it exists
The series is made of elements 50, 90, 120 and 150cm wide that stand side by side and line up on the same heights: worktop at 85cm, service top at 115cm. A sink between two workstations is not an accessory parked alongside, it becomes part of the counter, at the same height and in the same line as the top. That is the difference between a station that was composed and one that was improvised, and it shows from the front before it shows from behind.

The pull-out spray does more than the tap
A fixed tap washes hands; a pull-out spray washes a shaker inside, rinses a jigger without filling it and reaches the bottom of a jug without tipping it over. In a service where every drink leaves a dirty tool it recovers more seconds than anything else, and the reversible tap lets you turn the group to the side you are working on instead of adapting the work to the group.
Choose the mobile sink if
You already have a counter from the series and water is what is missing, you want to build a long station with the water group in the middle, or the Professional model is oversized but you still need the basin. If you are buying your first station and already know you will work with no mains supply, the Professional has it built in and saves a module.
Fifty centimetres are also a work surface
When the water is not needed, the module is still half a metre of top at the same height as the rest, and that is where the board, the spare ice tub or the clean glasses coming back from the room go. A portable counter almost always suffers from a shortage of surface rather than of equipment: anyone who has worked on 90cm knows the first real luxury is having somewhere to put things down.
FAQ
Does the mobile sink work on its own? It was made to sit between other stations in the series, but it is a self-contained module with its own tops and its own height.
Does it need a mains water connection? The supplier does not specify. Where there is no mains water, the series offers the pumping kit with a supply tank and a waste tank.
What does it weigh? 20kg, the lightest module of the steel series.
Can the tap be turned? Yes, it is reversible: it faces the side you are working on.
How much room does it take folded? 50 x 80 x 20cm, the same thickness as the counters of the series.
