The Professional mobile bar station in two lines
The Professional is the large folding bar station of the steel series: 150cm wide, a basin with a tap, a speed rail for 24 bottles, up to 10 tubs and an eight minute build with no screws. It is a complete counter that folds down to 20cm thick.
Who it is for
For anyone whose trade is off site service rather than a seasonal extension. Weddings, corporate events, parties with hundreds of guests and long lists: settings where the station has to carry two or three people behind it for five hours, and where having no water within reach costs more than the module that provides it.
The basin is the real difference from the other models
Twenty-four bottle places against thirteen is a big jump, but it is the water group that changes the day. With a basin and a tap on the counter you rinse jiggers and shakers between drinks without stepping away, you wash your hands after handling citrus and you empty the dregs of glasses without building a bucket of liquid under the top. This is the only model in the series that carries the function built in, and where there is no mains connection it pairs with the pumping kit and its two tanks.

The blender pocket solves a problem nobody talks about
The blender is the bulkiest and least stable tool on a mobile station: tall, with the jar standing proud, and with a cable running where people run. Having a dedicated housing under the top means taking it out of the working area between one frozen drink and the next instead of shifting it twenty centimetres every time. The hidden shelf works on the same principle, and it is for the stock that has to stay close and out of sight.
Choose the Professional if
You work in twos or threes, the list runs past ten cocktails, the site has no water and the service lasts all evening. If the events are few and small, the 80kg and the logistics that come with it do not pay: the Comfort model does the same job on a smaller scale.
Eighty kilos should be counted in before buying
This is the heaviest model of the series, and the number has to be read alongside the place you work. With a van and a tail lift it is not a problem; with three flights of stairs and no lift it becomes one, and it is better to know beforehand. The retractable wheels made for the model clip in with no screws, raise the top by only 2cm and stay invisible from the front: on a counter of this weight they are not an accessory, they are part of the kit.
FAQ
Does the Professional have running water? It has a basin, a waste and a tap. Where there is no mains connection you add the pumping kit with its two tanks.
How long does it take to build? Eight minutes by hand, with no screws: three more than the Smart and Comfort models.
How many bottles does it hold? Twenty-four in the speed rail, plus fifteen between the premix and speed bottle holders.
How much room does it take folded? 150 x 80 x 20cm, the same thickness as the other models of the series.
Can it be moved single handed? Built and on the retractable wheels, yes, on the flat. Loading and unloading 80kg is a job for two people.
