Why 330ml spritz glasses on a stem
A Spritz is served cold and with plenty of ice. A glass carried by the bowl warms in the hand and collects fingerprints, which show at once on clear glass. The stem keeps the fingers away from the drink: the glass reaches the table cold and with a clean bowl.

Care
