Who it is for
For a bar with a dark counter that wants the drink to stand out rather than the tool. This is the Zeus kit in black plated stainless steel, with the engraved Luxion crystal mixing glass.
Behind the bar
Black does something the other finishes do not: it makes contrast with glass. The engraved mixing glass, next to black tools, reads far more clearly than it would next to polished metal, and the liquid inside becomes the most visible thing on the top. Anyone who works on presentation chooses it for that, not for the colour itself.
The price is the upkeep. Black shows fingerprints, drops and water marks far more than any other plating, and in a full service the cloth has to come out often. It is a choice made with open eyes, not a hidden fault.

Choose this one if
The counter is dark and black is already your line on uniforms and menus. If there is no time to wipe the tools during service, the bronze forgives a great deal more.
Care
Hand wash, soft cloth and drying straight away so no marks are left. Never the dishwasher: black is the plating that dulls first and the patches stay.
