Behind the bar
It is the most complete kit in the line and it covers both schools. The parisienne and the 500ml cobbler bomber are the two shakers of the European tradition, the first in two pieces and the second with a built-in filter. Then there are two separate strainers, hawthorne and julep, which do different jobs: one for shaken drinks, the other for stirred drinks out of a mixing glass.
The real difference from the coloured versions is not the price, it is the washing constraint. A plated kit is washed by hand, always, and in a venue with volume that means somebody has to take care of it. Bare steel goes into the cycle with everything else and you stop thinking about it: for a working station that is often what decides the choice.

Choose this one if

Care
With no plating, the stainless steel takes the dishwasher without trouble. If you wash it by hand, mild soap and drying are enough to keep limescale marks off.
