Polypropylene and what it means at the station

It is the light option next to steel: it weighs less in a full station, it takes a knock on a tiled floor without denting, and it costs little enough that a broken pot is replaced rather than nursed. Steel reads better on a bar top on show, so the choice follows where the station sits.

Care

Rinse the pots and the lids as soon as they come off the station, and dry them before they go back together: sugary liquid left in the corner of a pot is what turns into a film overnight. Wash by hand unless the supplier states otherwise.
