Fill levels and GP

The maker gives two serving levels, 300ml and 350ml, below the rim. The rest is room for the ice and for walking between tables without spilling. A fixed level for the long drink keeps the spirit and the tonic the same from one serve to the next, which is the first step to holding your GP.

The base that drains

The base has drainage channels: washing water does not sit in it and the glass dries quickly. That counts when the glasses come out of the dishwasher and have to go back, stacked, on the back bar before the next round.
