The Stack 390ml in two lines
The Stack 390ml is a stackable tall glass with an anti-jam design between one glass and the next and a space-saving decoration, sold in packs of six. It is the only model in the category designed around a space problem rather than presentation.
Who it is for
For bars with little room behind the counter, and for teams who take their glasses out to events. With tall glasses the space question weighs twice as much as with short ones, because they take the full height of the shelf and cannot be lined up forever: a set of non-stacking tumblers takes a whole shelf.
The known flaw of stacking glasses, and how it is solved
Stacking glasses jam, and tall formats do it more often, because the wall is long and the play between glasses adds up. Two glasses locked together come apart only with force, and with force they break, usually cutting the hand of whoever is trying: it is one of the most common injuries behind a bar. The anti-jam design leaves a small gap between one glass and the next, so the stack comes apart without resistance and without the sharp knock that breaks a rim.

Choose the Stack 390ml if
Space is your constraint, or your glasses travel to events and catering jobs. If the bar has room to spare and you are mainly after presentation, non-stacking models have more freedom of shape and decoration.
How much space you really gain
You feel it in two places, and it can be measured. On the back bar shelf, where twice the glasses on the same shelf means fewer trips to the stockroom during service; and in the glass washer rack, where a stacking load gets more glasses through each cycle. For catering the gain is even clearer, because the volume carried is about half for the same number of glasses, and in a van that means one trip fewer.
Catering and transport
For teams working off site, stacking changes the numbers in a concrete way. A set of non-stacking tall glasses fills crate after crate, and crates are space in the van and time spent loading. With a stacking model the same number of glasses fits in about half the volume, which means one trip fewer or room for the rest of the kit. At an event, where set-up time is counted, that is a gain you can measure.
Care
Always stack them dry. Two glasses stacked while still wet trap water between the walls, and that closed-in moisture leaves marks that then have to be removed by hand, one glass at a time. Keep stacks low: even with the anti-jam design, a tall column puts its weight on the rim of the bottom glass, which is the most fragile point.
The more you buy, the less you pay: 4 packs -5%, 6 -7%, 8 -10%, on the same item.
FAQ
Does the Stack 390ml jam like ordinary glasses? No, the anti-jam design leaves a small gap between the glasses: the stack comes apart without forcing.
How many can I stack? No technical limit is declared, but it is best to keep stacks low so the rim of the bottom glass is not loaded.
Is there a decoration? Yes, in a version designed not to get in the way of stacking.
Are the Stack 390ml and the Stack old fashioned the same line? Yes, the same stacking design in two formats: one tall and one short.
Do they need a special rack in the glass washer? No, and stacked they take less room there too.
If space is the constraint but you want to compare the other sizes, the tumbler glass category lists capacities, heights and pack sizes side by side.
