The 410 chamber vacuum sealer in two lines
The Hendi Profi Line 410 chamber vacuum sealer is the large tabletop chamber machine: stainless steel chamber of 42.5 x 45.7cm, 10cm deep, 410mm seal bar, and an oil pump at 333 litres a minute that reaches 1009 mbar. It seals liquids and solids, in automatic or manual mode, with digital display and pressure gauge. Stainless steel body, 51cm wide by 62.5cm deep, 60kg.
Who it is for
For the hotel where bar and kitchen share the prep room, the restaurant with a cocktail list, the caterer preparing five-litre batches and trays of fruit the day before. It is the machine for bagging all day with 40cm bags: the chamber takes a 1/2 gastronorm pan laid flat and the pump pulls the vacuum on a five-litre bag in under twenty seconds. For a cocktail bar doing batches and infusions, the 300mm chamber machine is enough and takes half the counter space.

Three hundred and thirty-three litres a minute: the capacity of the 410 chamber machine
Pump capacity decides how long a cycle takes, and on a machine that runs all day the seconds add up. At 333 litres a minute the 19 litre chamber empties in a few seconds and the full cycle, vacuum plus seal plus air return, stays under thirty. A 133 l/min machine on the same chamber would take more than twice as long. That is the difference between a hundred bags in an afternoon and fifty.
The pump in this chamber vacuum sealer is an oil pump, and with liquids that is the right choice: water vapour drawn in with the air is separated by the oil and expelled, instead of corroding the pump. Change the oil once a year. The clamp inside the chamber holds the bag with its mouth on the seal bar, which, with five litres of liquid inside, is what prevents a crooked seal.

The 410mm double seal bar
The seal bar of the 410 chamber vacuum sealer is double, two parallel 3.5mm seals: if one gives under the weight of a batch, the other holds. Four hundred and ten millimetres close bags up to 40cm wide, the ones for trays and large batches, and narrower bags can be sealed two side by side in the same cycle. With the 28cm rolls one fits at a time, comfortably.
Choose the 410 chamber vacuum sealer if
If the prep room bags for bar and kitchen together, with 40cm bags and all-day volumes, and the surface takes 60kg on 51 by 62cm. If the work is a cocktail bar’s, batches and infusions with bags up to 30cm, the 300mm chamber machine does the same job in half the space. It should also be said: it has no programmed marinating cycle, so rapid infusion is done with repeated manual cycles.
Care
Pump oil through the side sight glass, changed once a year. Seal bar wiped at the end of the day with a dry cloth. Steel chamber dried after every spill. Lid gasket checked every week: it is the part that wears, and a marked gasket is the first reason the pressure gauge does not reach the end of its scale.
FAQ
