The Oasis in two lines

Who it is for
For anyone after the tall glass that works for everything. Why 360ml is the jack of all trades among tall glasses
Below 330ml you stay in the narrow highball, where a drink with plenty of soda reaches the rim and the ice has to be rationed. Above 450 the glass starts asking for genuinely long recipes so it does not look empty. Between 350 and 400 there is the band where a whole ice block goes in, the measure goes in, the mixer goes in and there is still a finger of margin under the rim: that margin is what lets you stir with a bar spoon without anything going over, and anyone building drinks in the glass notices it on the first evening.

The vintage engraving and the grip
The engraved pattern is more than a period reference: on a tall glass full of ice the condensation arrives within minutes and the wall turns slippery. Dishwasher with no precautions. With thick syrups it pays to rinse before the cycle, because the relief of the engraving holds the sugar and the heat of the wash sets it rather than dissolving it. Watch the rack, as with every tall glass.
