Your Package Shipping
Standard shipping times are shown at checkout. Shipments are dispatched within the indicated timeframe, unless unforeseen logistics or transport issues beyond our control arise. Packages are typically shipped within 1 business day after payment receipt via our partnered couriers (FEDEX, GLS, BRT, INPOST). Regardless of the shipping method chosen, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel online.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Delivery fees are fixed (not weight-based). We recommend grouping items in a single order to save on shipping. Separate orders incur separate fees. Packages are sent at your risk, but fragile items receive special care.
We advise all customers to accept delivery with reservation of inspection. This allows checking the goods' integrity within 2 days from receipt. Boxes are reasonably sized, with items well-protected.
Return Policy
Private customers (consumers) have a 14-day withdrawal right from delivery (EU law, Art. 52 ff. Consumer Code), without reason, using your chosen carrier at your expense. To exercise withdrawal, send us clear notice (email/module) within 14 days to info@attrezzaturabarman.it. Products must be returned unused, intact, original packaging/documentation.
Refund of purchase price (excluding extra costs for faster shipping) within 14 days from receipt of returned goods or withdrawal notice. Refund via original payment method (credit card/PayPal), unless agreed otherwise. For other methods, provide bank details.
Consumer must return products to Kangapack s.r.l., Via Giovanni Papini 16/18/20, 00137 Rome, Italy within 14 days from withdrawal notice, using your carrier at your expense. Deadline met if shipped before expiry. Product must be protected/packaged.
You are liable for value diminution from improper handling beyond inspection. Product must be intact, functional, with accessories/manuals/tags/seals, no wear/dirt. Return applies to whole product (no parts). Original packaging required.
Unauthorised returns rejected. For B2B (VAT-registered), no statutory withdrawal; terms per order agreement. Platform notifies rejection via email within 5 business days. Product held 30 days for pickup at your expense/risk, then deposited.
