Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped within one business day after payment is received and sent via our affiliated couriers (GLS, TNT, FedEx). Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage fees. Transport costs do not vary based on the total weight of the shipment but are fixed. We recommend consolidating your items into a single order to reduce transport costs. Separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, with special attention given to fragile items.
We advise all our customers to accept the package upon delivery with a "check reserve." This allows you to inspect the goods' integrity within two days of receipt.
The boxes are of reasonable size, and your items are well protected.
